A beautiful, spacious and relaxed Tuscan styled family home with incredible sea views over the entire Noordhoek valley, about 30 minutes from Cape Town central in the southern Peninsula. 4 double bedrooms and extensive entertainment area - relax by the pool and enjoy the tranquillity of Noordhoek and take time to explore the beauty of the surrounding areas like Cape Point, Kommetjie, penguins at Boulders Beach, Constantia wine farms, Hout Bay and all of what Cape Town has to offer.
The space
Our family home stands elevated above the Noordhoek and Kommetjie valley, with 180 degree sea views. Living areas downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a queen size double bed in it and built in cupboards. Main bedroom is ensuite. There is a TV area and an office desk in the playroom/office. Poolside barbecue in a stunning garden with incredible sea views, we even have a small fairy garden under our faraway tree.

You have full access to the entire house and the 3000 square meter property. Our art room is only available on request.
